The QED One series cables uses oxygen free copper in all its interconnects and speaker cables.

Oxygen free copper is produced in a way that virtually eliminates the oxygen content.

Because there are fewer impurities in this type of copper it improves its conductivity.


In conditions under which most other metals either tarnish or corrode away, gold remains inert and extremely durable.

So where resistance to tarnish or corrosion is essential, such as in plugs where tarnish can obscure a signal.
